To My Dragonfly Family -
I’ve got big news to share with you all - DRAGONFLY IS GOING EXCLUSIVELY ONLINE!
What a whirlwind! 2020 has brought significant life changes to nearly all of us – myself and Dragonfly included.
Over the past 6 months I have seen my entire business change and the way I connect with my customers change. While I’ve missed that face-to-face interaction in the store I have made up for it in new ways - I have spent nearly every day and night talking to you, texting, facetiming, doing porch drop offs and shipping out fun Dragonfly goodies.
The support from my Denver locals and my online community has been overwhelming and so here I am, making the single biggest decision of my life to close the brick and mortar and take business to online only.
The decision to close the brick and mortar has come with its own set of emotions, it is the end of an era, but I know at my core that it is the right thing to do for me and for Dragonfly. Dragonfly has been an institution in the Highlands for nearly two decades and I am so proud that I have spent the past 10 years here. The entire community holds a huge space in my heart.
But it is time to see Dragonfly on to the next chapter.
This is not goodbye – this is hello to a new adventure.
I will continue to offer local Denver services for home drop offs and personal shopping on set days moving forward. The website offerings will feature more sizes and a variety of price points – I’m focusing on our forever favorites and sprinkling in fun new things. I will continue to be your go-to for questions and am *almost* always available. I’ll also be pumping time and resources into new ways to show you products so you’re still getting that personalized, one-on-one experience virtually.
